DELIVERY

Once you place our order, we start to work on it and it is usually ready to ship in 3-5 working days. If you are based in the UK you should receive your new milking table within 5-7 working days. from the time of ordering.

If you are ordering from outside the UK new orders will be ready to ship within 3-5 working days and once it has left us the time frame can vary from country to country. For USA it is usually delivered within 1 week after dispatch. For most of Europe it will arrive in 3-4 working days after dispatch. You will receive a tracking number so you can keep an eye on it's progress. If you have a query about the delivery time frame after it has been dispatched please contact the courier directly.

We deliver free inside the UK Mainland. Our tables are dispatched from our workshop in the south of England.

Shipping prices to the most popular countries that we deliver to in Europe and the USA are listed at checkout. If your country is not listed or there is no shipping price please contact is for a delivery price.

We ship worldwide. However, if your country is not listed at checkout, due to shipping prices changing week by week we prefer to get a new quote for each customer to make sure you have the most up to date delivery prices. Please send us a message through the contact form with your full address and we will reply with a delivery price and you can then decide if you wish to proceed or not.

Import Customs & Duties: If your country charges import duties or taxes on items you buy outside your country, you are responsible for paying these. You pay for the goods and delivery to us directly but if there are any import duties you need to pay these locally upon arrival.

We know that countries in the EU do charge import duties when having items delivered from the UK.

Good news! There are no import duties and taxes if you are ordering from the USA.

For any other countries you are responsible for finding out if there are any import duties.

RETURNS

Defective Products: All items are hand made and fully checked over before dispatch. On the rare chance you have received a defective or damaged in transit item, please contact us and we can arrange a replacement for you.

Incorrect Item Shipped: Although very unlikely as we only make 2 different models, If there is a mistake in the item shipped to you, please let us know so we can replace it for you.

Incorrect Product Ordered: Due to the intimate nature of our products, we cannot exchange used items. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that they are ordering the correct product. You are welcome to return the item for a refund but the item needs to be unused and packed as received. We will check it over when it arrives back to us. If there are any signs of use or it doesn't not have the original packaging, it will be sent back to you at your cost. Any refunds due to you will be for the original cost of the item but shipping fees already paid by us will not be refunded.

Change of Mind: All sales are final. Items purchased, once the shipping box has been opened, may not be returned or exchanged. You can return it still sealed and unopened but any refunds will exclude shipping fees already paid by us to send it to you.

Cancellations: Once an order has been processed, we are unable to make any additions, changes or quantity adjustments to it, or stop it from shipping.

If you changed your mind before the order is delivered, and no longer wish to receive the product, you can mark the UNOPENED box with “Return to sender” and send it back to us. Once we receive the order back, we will credit you for the cost of the product minus the shipping costs (where applicable) and a 20% restocking fee. If you paid a shipping costs you will not be refunded that portion as it has already been paid by us to the courier.
